The Ocean Residence

The Ocean Residence is a residence hotel at 352 Moo 2, Mittraphap Road, in Ban Ko, Mueang Nakhon Ratchasima district, Nakhon Ratchasima province, Thailand. The Ocean Residence offers a larger accommodation building and spacious-room emphasis on the Ban Ko side of Korat. A Thai restaurant is mentioned in the published listing, offering a potential on-property meal option. The name refers to the property brand rather than a coastal location: the hotel is in inland Nakhon Ratchasima province. The accommodation format is useful for travellers who want a more settled base across several nights. Confirm whether the quoted price is for a nightly stay or a longer agreement, as cleaning, utilities and deposits may be treated differently. For arrival, share the exact building name and map pin with the driver. Ask about the specific room facilities, lift access and reception hours before booking; an apartment-style listing does not automatically mean every room includes cooking equipment or full hotel service.
